Refund Policy

We want you to feel great about your experience with Tonicc. That’s why we offer a simple 30-day return window on first-time purchases, starting from the day your order is delivered.

If you decide it’s not for you, refunds include the value of your order minus a $5 handling fee and original shipping costs. Return shipping is not covered, and the product must be returned to us to receive a refund.

Once your return is received and reviewed, we’ll take care of the rest and issue your refund back to your original payment method.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, or incorrect, please reach out to us at hello@tonicc.com, and we’ll make it right.

When you email us, include your order number and a quick note about what happened (photos are always helpful). We’ll review everything and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
